Hatton Wake handles diagnostics, repairs, troubleshooting, general mechanical service, and upgrades for inboard ski and wakeboard boats. All repair work is billed at a base labor rate of $200/hour plus any required parts or materials. We’ll communicate findings and recommendations before major repairs are completed so there are no surprises.

Protect your boat during the off-season with a complete winterization service designed to help prevent damage and prepare your systems for storage.
Service includes:
• Fuel treatment and stabilization
• Inspection of underwater gear and fluid condition
• Drainage of raw water from engine, v-drive, ballast, and heater systems
• Heater back-flush (if applicable)
• Battery disconnect
• Visual inspection for additional service or repair needs
• Engine hour recordingWinterization parts and materials are included in pricing.

Get your boat ready for the season with a full de-winterization and spring readiness service. We’ll reconnect and inspect key systems, run the engine to operating temperature, and verify proper operation before your first day on the water.
Service includes:
• Reconnection of winterization points and batteries
• Fluid level and condition check
• Engine run-up and leak inspection
• Transmission operation check
• Inspection of blower, bilge pump, navigation lights, and safety equipment
• Documentation of engine hours and any recommended repairs or maintenance -
Routine impeller replacement is critical to maintaining proper engine cooling and helping prevent overheating or costly engine damage.
Service includes:
• Accessing and inspecting the raw water pump system
• Inspection of drive belt condition
• Removal and replacement of raw water impeller and gasket(s)
• Fluid level inspection
• Engine run and leak verification
• Recording engine hours
• Inspection for any additional service or repair needsParts billed separately based on engine application.

• Pre-service fluid inspection
• Engine run and leak inspection
• Draining and replacement of engine oil and transmission fluid
• Replacement of oil filter
